## 6. Recharge and Payment Transactions


Users are responsible for entering correct details before confirming any transaction, including but not limited to:


- Mobile number

- Operator

- Recharge amount

- DTH customer details

- Other payment-related information


Once a transaction is successfully processed, cancellation or reversal may not always be possible.


In case of a failed or unsuccessful transaction, refunds or balance reversals, where applicable, will be processed according to the transaction status and applicable service/provider rules.


## 7. Wallet and Balance


Users may be required to maintain sufficient wallet balance to use certain services.


Wallet balance may only be used for permitted services available through SMART PAYMENTS.


Any unauthorized, fraudulent, or suspicious wallet activity may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.
